摘要
建立了吹扫捕集气相色谱法测定地表水中三溴甲烷的方法。该方法具有灵敏度高、检出限低、定量准确、操作简便等特点。三溴甲烷在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,当进样量为5mL时,检出限为0.08μg/L,加标回收率在93.9% ～104.5%之间,适用于地表水中三溴甲烷的测定。
A method for the determination of three methyl bromide in surface water by Purge and trap gas chromatography was established. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity,low detection limit, quantitative accuracy, simple operation and so on. Three methyl bromide in a certain concentration range a good linear relationship, when the sample size is 5mL, the detection limit is 0.08μg/L, the recovery rate is from 93.9% to 104.5% between the standard, suitable for determination of surface water three methyl bromide.
