毛细管柱气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中挥发性卤代烃 被引量:4

摘要 目的:建立一种快速、准确测定生活饮用水中7种挥发性卤代烃的方法。方法:采用DB-624毛细管柱、顶空气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯、二氯一溴甲烷、四氯乙烯、一氯二溴甲烷及三溴甲烷。结果:在所选择的实验条件下,7种挥发性卤代烃的平均回收率在92.5%~102%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.20%~4.61%,检出限为0.01μg/L~1.00μg/L。结论:所建立的分析方法灵敏、简便、快速、准确,可同时测定生活饮用水中的7种挥发性卤代烃。 Objective:To establish a method for determination of seven volatile halohydrocarbons in drinking wa- ter. Methods: The seven volatile halohydrocarbons (chlorofrom, tetrachloromethane, trichloroethylene, bromodi- chloromethane, tetrachloroethylene, dibromoehloromethane, bromoform) in drinking water were determined by head- space Gas Chromatography with DB -624 capillary column. Results: Under the optimal experimental conditions, the recoveries of the seven volatile halohydroearbons were in the range of 92.5% ~ 102% , the relative standard de- viation was between 1.20% - 4.61% , and the determination limit was between 0.01 μg/L ~1.00 μg/L. Conclu- sion: The developed methjod is sensitive, simple,rapid and accurate, and seven volatile halohydrocarbons in drinking water can be determined simultaneously.
