摘要
在工程造价组成体系中,材料费用是工程投资的主要组成部分,采用价格调整可以由发包人和承包商公平合理地分担价格变化风险。公路工程招标示范文本中,对"采用造价信息调整价格差额"的方法未做详细约定,本文以某改线公路工程为例,从发包方的角度探讨采用造价信息调整法对材料价格进行调整的补偿方法,以期对公路工程材料价格调整起到一定的参考价值。
In the project cost composition system, material cost is the main part of project investment. The risk of price change can be fairly and reasonably shouldered by the employer and contractor if the price adjustment is to be adopted. In the model bidding text of highway project, it doesn＇t make detailed appointment to the method of ＂adjusting the price difference with cost information＂. In this paper, it took a S211 highway rerouting project as an example to discuss the compensation method of adjusting the material prices with cost information from the perspective of employer with the hope that it can have the reference value for adjusting the material pric- es of highway projects.
