摘要
起重机金属的安全评估中往往用到了应力测试和无损检测,应力测试可以评估设备金属结构的应力状况,而无损检测能够发现焊缝及母材的缺陷。通过在起重机金属结构安全评估中的运用较好的2个成功案例,介绍了应力测试异常并不仅仅是存在缺陷,需要使用无损检测才能发现和确认缺陷并进行返修,从而客观、准确地评估起重机金属结构的安全性能。
Stress test and non-destructive test are often used in the safety evaluation of crane metal structure.The stress test is used to evaluate the stress condition of the equipment metal structure,and the non-destructive test is used to find out any defect in weld joint and hase materials.With two cases where the two tests are successfully used in the safety evaluation of the crane metal structure as examples,the paper points out that the abnormality tested in the stress test only indicates the existence of defects,and the non-destructive testing is necessary to find and confirm the defect for trouble shooting to objectively and accurately evaluate the safety performance of the crane metal structure.
