起重机械是特种设备之一,其种类繁多,结构各异,检测方法各有特点。作者从材料、零部件、金属机构和整机等不同角度对各类起重机械的选材、制造、安装、试验和检验等方面的无损检测方法和要求作了详细叙述,对所用的各种无损检测方法如目视检测、射线检测、超声检测、磁粉检测、渗透检测、涡流检测、漏磁检测、磁记忆检测、声发射检测、应力测试、振动测试及其应用特点进行了具体介绍。
As one of the eight kinds of special equipment, Lifting appliances have various of types, configurations and different inspection methods. The nondestructive testing (NDT) methods and requirement of selecting material, fabricating, installing, inspecting and testing of various of lifting appliances are described from different aspects, for example material, components and parts, metal frameworks, complete machine etc. The NDT methods include macroscopic view testing ( VT), radiographic testing (RT), ultrasonic testing ( UT), magneticparticle testing(MT), penetrant testing (PT), eddy-current testing (ET), magnetic flux leakage (MFL) testing, metal magnetic memory(MMM) testing, acoustic emission(AE) testing, stress testing and vibration testing. The characteristics were recited detailedly for each method.
