摘要
《政府信息公开条例》实施以来取得显著成效,也存在一些法律问题,应当结合全面推进政务公开的要求,围绕政府信息界定、政府信息公开申请受理程序、政府信息公开申请人资格、政府信息公开主体、政府信息公开答复、政府信息公开例外规则以及与其他法律、法规的衔接等问题,及时修改《政府信息公开条例》,适时出台《政府信息公开法》,推动政府信息公开制度不断完善。
Remarkable achievements have been made since the implementation of the Regulation on the Disclosure of Government Information. However,there are also some legal problems. The publicity of government affairs,the Regulation shall be amended on the definition of government information,the application and acceptance procedure of the disclosure of government information,the qualification of the applicant,the disclosure subject,the reply for the disclosure,the exceptional rules for the disclosure and the link with other laws and regulations. To constantly improve the disclosure system of government information,the Law on the Disclosure of Government Information shall be issued in due time.
