摘要
为了适应企业发展的要求,将传统手工的员工绩效考核模式标准化、系统化、信息化,试点开发南宁供电局生产班组绩效管理信息系统。分析了班组绩效管理信息化过程存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的解决方案,利用MP平台实现绩效管理信息系统的开发。试点供电局的应用情况表明,该系统实现绩效考核工作及时、高效、公开,有效减少了考核工作量,提高了绩效管理效率,对班组及其他供电局的差异性兼容度高。
In order to meet the development requirement of enterprise, the traditional manual employee performance evaluation model is standardized, systemlized and informationlized, and the production team performance management information system for Nanning power supply bureau is pilot developed. Main problems in the process of team performance management informatization are analyzed, and corresponding solution schemes are proposed. The MP platform is used to realize the development of the performance management information system. The application situation in the pilot power supply bureau shows that the system realized the timeliness, openness and efficiency of the performance evaluation work, which reduced the performance evaluation workload and improved the efficiency of performance management and had higher differential compatibility to other teams and power supply bureaus.
