摘要
高校家庭经济困难学生的思想行为特征决定其思想政治教育的内容包括人格教育、职业生涯规划与社会实践教育和社会融入教育。高校家庭经济困难学生思想政治教育"椎体"模型是以辅导员为顶点,以思想政治教育三方面内容构成三个面,以朋辈互助成长小组为实际操作平台,通过发挥辅导员的主导作用、学生主体作用和朋辈互助的力量,切实提高思想政治教育的实效性。
The behavioral characteristics of college students with family financial difficulty decide whattheir ideological and political education, which include personality education, occupation career planning andsocial practice education and social integration education.We take college advisor as the vertex of triangular pyr-amid model,with personality education, occupation career planning and social practice education and social in-tegration education as the main line to form the three sides to improve the effectiveness of the family economicdifficulties students ideological and political education.
