摘要
国家助学金是提供给家庭贫困生的无偿资助,主要资助学生学习期间的基本生活费用,以帮助他们顺利完成学业,兼顾着资助和育人的双重目的。但在实际工作中,育人工作往往被忽视,不少获得国家助学金的同学并没有成长成才,存在着助学金的不合理利用、综合表现不好、缺乏感恩意识、心理素质低等问题。因此,探索和改进国家助学金发放后的育人工作,有助于国家助学的效益最大化。
National grants provide free assistance for poor students, mainly the basic cost of living while learning at school to help them complete their studies smoothly, with the dual purpose of funding and education. But in the practical work, educational work is often neglected. Many students won the national grants and they didn＇t improve and became useful people. Grants are not reasonably used; their comprehensive performances are not good; they lack gratitude consciousness; they have poor mental qualities. Therefore, to explore and improve the educating work after issuance of national grants will be helpful to maximum benefits.
