摘要
研究了机械粉磨对高钙粉煤灰水泥安定性的影响,以及J2激发剂掺量对胶砂强度的影响。结果表明,在粉煤灰粉磨35 min,J2激发剂掺量为1%时,可以制得粉煤灰掺量为50%,42.5R强度等级的高钙粉煤灰水泥,实现大掺量高钙粉煤灰的利用。同时还通过化学结合水与粉煤灰反应程度的测量,研究了机械粉磨与J2激发剂对高钙粉煤灰水泥水化反应程度的影响。
The effect of mechanical grinding on stability of high calcium fly ash cement and excitation J2 on mortar strength was studied. The study shows that it can prepare high calcium fly ash cement which meet the strength degree of 42.5R on the condition that 50% proportion of fly ash, 35 min grinding, 1% excitation J2 and it can realize the mass use of fly ash. Through the measurement of chemically combined water and reaction degree of fly ash, the effect of mechanical grinding and excitation J2 on the hydration degree of high calcium fly ash cement was researched.
