摘要
耐水腻子由于健康、环保等优势获得了地产行业的广泛关注。但是内墙耐水腻子在使用中会发生起皮、脱落、开裂等问题,为解决该问题,分别研究了白炭黑和聚丙烯纤维对内墙耐水腻子的应用影响。研究结果表明:单独白炭黑掺量为1.0%时,粘结强度最大,相对于空白样标准状态强度提高了50%,相对于浸水后强度提高了29%;单独掺加聚丙烯纤维0.05%时,标准状态强度提高了15.5%,浸水后强度提高了26.2%。将两者混合引入后,混掺优化后的腻子标准状态强度提高了60.3%,浸水后强度提高了38.1%。
Due to the advantages of health and environmental protection,water-resistant putty has been widely concerned by the real estate industry.The influence of silica and polypropylene fiber on the application of water-resistant putty was studied.The results show that:when the content of silica is 1.0%,the bond strength is the largest,which increases by 50%compared with the standard state strength of blank sample and 29%compared with the strength after immersion;when the content of polypropylene fiber is 0.05%,the standard state strength increases by 15.5%and the strength after immersion increases by 26.2%.The results show that the standard state strength of the putty increases by 60.3%and the strength increases by 38.1%after immersion.
