摘要
罩极式异步电动机具有结构简单、制造方便、造价低廉、使用可靠的优点,其主要缺点是效率低、反转困难。针对罩极式异步电动机改变转向困难的问题,提出了一种双转向罩极式异步电动机的实现方法,对双转向罩极式异步电动机在运行过程中的损耗、功率、转矩进行了试验和分析,结果表明,双转向罩极式异步电动机相比于传统罩极式异步电动机损耗及最大输出转矩变化不大,反转输出转矩略小于正转输出转矩。
The shading-pole asynchronous motor had the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture, low cost and reliable use, its main disadvantages were low efficiency and difficult to reverse. A method was presented to realize the change of shading-pole asynchronous motor with double steering; the loss, power and torque of double steering shading-pole asynchronous motor in the running process were tested and analysed; the results show that compared maximum output torque change is not big, the to traditional shading-pole asynchronous motor, the loss and reversing torque is less than forward torque.
