摘要
研究了混合式步进电动机弱磁控制理论,针对混合式步进电动机提出一种将d轴电流等于零控制和弱磁控制相结合的宽调速闭环控制策略,实现低速区的低损耗运行和中、高速区的稳定运行.实验结果表明,步进电动机损耗低,速度变化范围宽广.
The field weakening pricinple is researched and a wide adjustable speed control strategy for hybrid stepping motor (HSM) close - loop drive system is proposed, in which the control strategy with d - axes current equal to zero in constant torque operation and field weakening strategy applied in con- stant power operation are combined to decrease the loss in low speed range and improve the perform- ance in middle and high speed range. The results of experiment show that the loss of hybrid stepping motor(HSM) close- loop drive system is decreased and the speed operation range is increased
