摘要
综合运用正相硅胶柱层析、ODS反相硅胶柱层析、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱屡析以及制备型HPLC等现代色谱分离技术,对芸香科黄皮属植物齿叶黄皮(Clausena dunniana)枝叶90%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位中的化学成分进行系统分离与纯化。结合化合物的理化性质和多种现代波谱技术,并通过与文献中报道的数据对照,鉴定了分离得到8个生物碱类化合物,分别为cinnamamide(1)、N-methyl-cinnamamide(2)、dihydroalatamide(3).zeta-clausenamide(4),lansine(5)、3-formylcarbazole(6)、3-formyl-6-methoxycarbazole(7)和6-methoxycarbazole-3-carboxylate(8)。化合物1-8均为首次从齿叶黄皮中分离得到。
The alkaloids from stems and leaves of Clausena dunniana were separated and purified by column chromatographies with silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis, as well as comparisons with the data reported in literature. Eight compounds were isolated and elucidated as cinnamamide(1), N-methyl-cinnamamide(2), dihydroalatamide(3), zeta-clausenamide(4), lansine(5), 3-formyl carbazole(6), 3-formyl-6-methoxy carbazole(7), and 6-methoxycarbazole-3-carboxylate(8). All compounds were isolated from C. dunniana for the first time.
