摘要
从微波处理后中药金银花中通过溶剂提取,硅胶柱层析,SephadexLH-20柱层析和制备薄层层析等方法分离得到三个化合物,波谱分析(核磁共振氢谱、碳谱和质谱)确定它们的结构分别为槲皮素-3-O--βD-葡萄糖苷(quercetin-3-O--βD-g lucoside),绿原酸(ch lorogcn ic acid),β-谷甾醇(-βsitostero l)。
Three compounds （1- 3） are extracted and isolated from the flowers of lonicera japonica thunh by repeated chromatography. Three structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis （1HNMR, 13CNMR and MS） to be quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside （1）, chlorogcnic acid （2） and β-sitosterol （3） respectively.
