一株用于印染废水脱色菌产漆酶条件的优化

摘要 脱色菌—白腐真菌主要用于纤维素、木质素的降解,在稻草降解、产酶量等方面报导较多,但对于用脱色菌-白腐真菌用于印染废水脱色菌种培养基优化报导较少。文章从白腐真菌产漆酶条件入手,试求对其产漆酶条件进行优化。 Decolorizing Bacteria-white rot fungi is mainly used for cellulose and lignin degradation, and there are many reports in the straw degradation, the amount of enzyme, but for Decolorizing Bacteria and white rot fungi used in printing and dyeing wastewater decolorization bacteria culture medium optimization is rarely reported. In the paper, the conditions of producing laccase from white rot fungi were obtained, and the conditions of laccase production were optimized.
