摘要
当前,发展战略性新兴产业对于保持新常态下的经济平稳发展具有较大助益。作为经济发达的县级市,浙江省余姚市正积极致力于推动新兴产业集聚发展,这就需要强有力的人才保证和智力支持,尤为重要的是应加强新兴产业领域的领军人才队伍建设。因此,本文通过考察余姚市新兴产业集聚发展视角下领军人才队伍发展的现状,在分析引进领军人才方面存在问题的基础上,结合余姚市新兴产业集聚发展的趋势和需求,立足本地实际,探求领军人才队伍优化对策。
At present,the development of strategic emerging industries has a major benefit to keep economic smooth and steady development under the new normal.As a county-level city that has developed economy,Yuyao,a city in Zhejiang Province is positively devoted to promoting the emerging industries concentrated development,which needs a strong and powerful talent guarantee and intellectual support.And it is much important that it should strengthen the leading talents team construction in the field of emerging industries.Therefore,the paper,through inspecting the status quo of the leading talents team development under the perspective of the emerging industries concentrated development in Yuyao City,and on the basis of analyzing that problems exist in introducing leading talents,combines the tendency and demand of the emergingindustries concentrated development in Yuyao City and keeps a foothold of local practice to seek leading talents team optimization countermeasures.
