摘要
目的探讨积雪益肾排毒方对慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的153例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为对照组75例和治疗组78例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用积雪益肾排毒方,2组疗程均为3个月,观察2组治疗前后症状体征、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)的变化及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率、中医证候积分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01);2组SCr和BUN水平均有下降,治疗组下降程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论积雪益肾排毒方治疗慢性肾功能衰竭有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jixue Yishen Paidu decoction on chronic renal failure.Methods One hundred fifty-three patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into treatment group（78cases）and control group（75cases）.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment.The treatment group was given conventional treatment combined with Jixue Yishen Paidu decoction.The course of treatment for both groups is 3months.The changes of symptoms and signs,serum creatinine（SCr）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）and clinical curative effect were observed.Results The total effective rate and the symptom integral improvement in the treatment group are better than those in the control group（P〈0.01）;SCr and BUN index decreased in the both groups,the treatment group decreased significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Jixue Yishen Paidu decoction treating chronic renal failure has good clinical effect.
