摘要
该文首先对宽带VCO压控电压预置基本原理及关键技术点进行了分析,然后以HMC587LC4B为例,进行了数据采集、数据分析,并给出了计算公式和拟合方法,最后使用该方法对HMC587LC4B预置数据进行拟合,并与之前采集的数据进行对比,验证了拟合方法的可行性和先进性,实现了高准确度拟合,达到了预期的研究目标。
Firstly the principle and key technologies of wideband VCO preset voltage is analyzed.Then,with the HMC587LC4 B,the DA data is collected and analyzed,the calculation formula and Fitting Method is given.Finally,with this method,preset voltage data of HMC587LC4 B is fitted,and contrasts with the data which is collected previously.By contrast,it confirms the feasibibity and advantage of this fitting mothed,achieves that a fitting mothed of high accuracy,and reaches the aim of the research.
