摘要
研制了一种X波段微波网络快速扫频幅相测量系统。系统采用基于小数分频锁相环的线性扫频微波源作为激励,不存在常规矢量网络分析仪的跳频稳频过程。针对线性扫频源激励的特点,系统采用希尔伯特变换(Hilbert transform)或正交解调方法从中频信号中得到幅度和相位。使用研制系统和商用矢量网络分析仪测量了同一X波段的可调谐移相器的频率响应特性。尽管研制系统由于接收机通道不足不能进行完备矢量校准,但通过合理配置隔离器后相位测量结果与商用矢量网络分析仪十分吻合,这表明研制的测量系统不仅测量速度快,而且可能达到较好的测量精度。
A fast X-band frequency-swept amplitude and phase measurement system is designed. The designed system adopts a fractional-N PLL based X-band linear sweep frequency generator as the signal source. As a result, the frequency locking process in common vector network analyzers is eliminated. Because of using the linear frequencyswept source, the amplitude and phase of the intermediate-frequency are obtained using the methods based on Hilbert transform or quadratic demodulation. The designed system and a commercial vector network analyzer were used to test the frequency responses of the same adjustable X-band phase shifter. Although complete vector calibration was not implemented on the designed system as it is not equipped with enough receivers, through proper using isolators, however, the phase test results obtained using the two systems agree with each other nicely, which demonstrates that the designed system has fast measurement speed and could achieve good measurement accuracy.
