摘要
目的观察萝卜汁保留灌肠治疗前列腺癌放疗后放射性肠炎的临床效果,并总结护理要点。方法选取我院泌尿外科2009年1月-2015年7月接收的92例前列腺癌放疗后放射性肠炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组与对照组,每组46例。两组患者均给予常规药物治疗及护理干预措施,在此基础上,观察组给予萝卜汁保留灌肠,100mL/次,3次/日。比较两组患者治疗前后症状评分、血象、免疫学指标及生活质量变化;统计分析两组放射性肠炎缓解率。结果观察组放射性肠炎缓解率为82.61%,对照组为64.04%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗前血象及免疫学指标比较,无显著差异（P〉0.05）;治疗后,两组均显著改善,组内比较,有显著差异（P〈0.05）,且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组,组间比较,有显著差异（P〈0.05）。治疗前,两组患者QOL各项评分比较,无显著差异（P〉0.05）;治疗后,两组患者QOL各项评分均显著改善,观察组各项评分均较对照组有显著下降（P〈0.05）。结论对于前列腺癌放疗后放射性肠炎患者,萝卜汁能够有效改善患者的临床症状,提高机体免疫力,同时加强患者护理,有助于提高其生活质量,改善其预后。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of carrot juice retention enema in treatment of radioactive enteritis of prostate cancer after radiotherapy and summarize the nursing key points.Methods 92 patients with radioactive enteritis of prostate cancer after radiotherapy were divided into observation group and control group.46 cases were in each group.The two groups were given routine drug treatment and nursing intervention measures.The observation group was given carrots retention enema,100ml/time,3times/day,addditionally.The blood picture,immunological indexes,and quality of life were observed.Results The remission rate of radioactive enteritis of observation group and control group were 82.61% and 64.04%（P〈0.05）.The hemogram and immunological indexes of observation group and control group were not significant different（P〈0.05）.After treatment,hemogram and immunological indexes of two groups were significantly improved（P〉0.05）.The observation group was significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,QOL score of the two groups were significantly improved.The score of observation group decreased significantly compared with that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with radioactive enteritis of prostate cancer after radiotherapy,carrot juice can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and immunity,enhance patient care at the same time and improve the quality of life and its prognosis.
