摘要 风力机塔筒法兰联接螺栓作为风电机组重要的联接件,其疲劳强度直接影响结构的承载能力、安全性能和疲劳寿命。针对法兰整圈分布螺栓数目较多、螺纹有限元分析过程复杂、螺栓内应力计算困难等问题,以某2.0MW直驱型风力机塔筒第三法兰段联接螺栓为研究对象,采用工程算法对其进行疲劳寿命分析。结果表明:所提出的方法和流程在塔筒法兰联接螺栓疲劳寿命分析上具有可行性和有效性。 As animportant connectors of wind turbine tower,the fatigue strength of high strength bolts are directly affected the carrying capacity,securitybehavior and fatigue life of the structure.For the distribution of a larger number of full circle flange bolts,threaded modeling process is complex,the inner bolt stress analysis problems and other issues,the paper took connecting bolts of 2.0MW direct driving wind turbine tower third flange as the research target,analyzed flange life by engineering algorithm.The results showed that the method and process proposed is feasible and effective in theflange connecting boltsfor wind turbinetower fatigue life analysis.
