摘要
为保证风力发电机螺栓套预埋式叶根连接既不会在最大载荷下发生静强度断裂,也不会在循环载荷下发生疲劳破坏,在设计叶根时,需要进行螺栓疲劳分析。建立叶根螺栓的有限元模型,对叶根螺栓进行疲劳计算,得到叶根螺栓外部载荷与应力之间的关系曲线,进而通过疲劳损伤计算程序得到螺栓的疲劳损伤值,确认不同预紧力对叶根螺栓疲劳损伤的影响。
In order to ensure that the pre-embedded bolt sleeve type blade root connection of the wind turbine does not cause static strength fracture under the maximum load, nor fatigue damage under cyclic load, bolt fatigue analysis is required when designing the blade root. The finite element model of the blade root bolt should be established to perform the fatigue calculation of the blade root bolt and obtain the relationship between the external load and the stress of the blade root bolt. Furthermore, the fatigue damage value of the bolt was obtained by the fatigue damage calculation program to define the influence of different pre-tightening forces on the fatigue damage of the blade root bolt.
