摘要
目的探讨目标管理培训对肿瘤医院护士心理护理知信行的影响。方法 2014年9月至2015年9月,便利抽样法抽取某肿瘤医院护士628名为研究对象,应用目标管理干预对其进行培训,培训期为1年。干预前后,采用临床护士心理护理知信行调查问卷对其进行调查,并比较心理护理知信行得分。结果干预后,护士的心理护理知信行评分比干预前均有显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。不同特征护士的心理护理知信行评分均较干预前有显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论目标管理培训可提高肿瘤医院护士的心理护理知信行水平。
Objective To explore the effect of objective management training on psychological nursing KAP of cancer hospital nurses.Methods By convenience sampling,628 nurses were selected,and trained by objective management program for 1year.After intervention,nurses' KAP were evaluated by questionnaire,and the KAP scores were compared.Results After intervention,the KAP score in nurses was significantly higher than before intervention(all P〈0.01).The KAP score of nurses with different characteristics was significantly higher than before intervention(all P〈0.01).Conclusions Objective management training can improve the psychological nursing KAP of cancer hospital nurses.
