麻醉复苏过程中大鼠皮质脊髓束神经电信号放电频率、波幅、峰间期的变化分析 被引量:3

Changes of discharge frequency,amplitude and ISI of nerve electrical signals of CST during the course of anesthesia recovery in rats

摘要 目的分析麻醉复苏过程中大鼠皮质脊髓束(CST)神经电信号放电频率、波幅、峰间期(ISI)的变化,为临床脊髓损伤(SCI)的修复与功能重建提供参考。方法选取成年雄性清洁级SD大鼠20只,称重后腹腔注射戊巴比妥钠麻醉,于麻醉复苏期大鼠脊髓植入微电子芯片,采用RM6280C多道生理信号采集处理系统记录与分析麻醉后1 h(麻醉期)和麻醉后2 h、麻醉后3 h(复苏期)的信噪比(SNR)、神经电信号的放电频率、波幅、ISI。结果(1)放电频率:大鼠麻醉后1 h时的放电频率呈阵发性发放,最高为100 s时(15.65±2.17)次/s;麻醉后2 h和麻醉后3 h的放电频率呈弥散性发放;各时间点不同放电单位时的放电频率差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),其中麻醉后3 h的放电频率均高于麻醉后2 h且低于麻醉后1 h,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。(2)放电波幅:不同时间点的放电波幅差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中麻醉后3 h的放电波幅[(194.27±20.19)μV]低于麻醉后2 h[(254.65±25.23)μV]和麻醉后1 h[(623.38±156.59)μV],差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。(3)ISI值:麻醉后1 h时的ISI值最高为0.02 s时的(70.46±20.62)ms;麻醉后2 h和麻醉后3 h的ISI值较分散;各时间点在不同放电单位时的ISI值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中麻醉后3 h的ISI值均高于麻醉后2 h,均低于麻醉后1 h,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论麻醉复苏期大鼠的CST神经电信号放电频率、波幅、ISI与麻醉期比较均有显著变化。微电子芯片电信号记录对SCI修复和功能重构具有一定临床指导价值。 Objective To analyze the changes of discharge frequency,amplitude and interspike interval( ISI) of nerve electrical signals of cortico-spinal tract( CST) in the course of anesthesia recovery in rats to provide a reference for the repair and functional reconstruction of spinal cord injury( SCI). Methods Twenty adult male clean grade SD rats were selected. After weighing,the rats were anaesthetized with intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbital sodium. The microelectronic chip was implanted in the spinal cord of rats in anesthesia recovery period. The signal to noise ratio( SNR),the discharge frequency,amplitude and ISI of nerve electrical signals at 1-hour after anaesthesia( anesthesia period),and 2-,3-hour after anaesthesia( recovery period) were recorded and analyzed by multi-channel physiological signal acquisition and processing system. Results( 1) The discharge frequency at 1-hour after anesthesia presented paroxysmal release,and the maximum frequency was( 15. 65 ± 2. 17) times/s at 100 seconds. The discharge frequency at 2-,3-hour after anesthesia presented dispersed release,and there were significant differences in the discharge frequencies of different time point of anesthesia and different discharge units( all P 0. 05) that at 3-hour after anesthesia significantly increased compared with 2-hour after anesthesia and significantly decreased compared with 1-hour after anesthesia( all P 0. 05).( 2) There were significant differences in amplitudes of discharge wave at different time point of anesthesia,and that of the amplitude of discharge wave at 3-hour after anesthesia [( 194. 27 ± 20. 19) μV] was significantly lower than those at 2-hour [( 254. 65 ± 25. 23) μV]and at 1-hour after anesthesia [( 623. 38 ± 156. 59) μV]( all P 0. 01).( 3) The maximum ISI at 1-hour after anesthesia was( 70. 46 ± 20. 62) ms at 0. 02 second. The ISIs at 2-and 3-hour after anesthesia were relatively dispersed,and there were significant differences in ISI
