摘要
目的:采用GREENE更年期量表、SDS和SAS量表,安全性指标及不良反应观察评价心身同治治疗女性绝经期情绪障碍的有效性与安全性。方法:以中重度精神神经症状为主的绝经综合征妇女为研究对象,随机将患者分为中药组和中医心身同治组,中药组患者给予补肾疏肝免煎颗粒治疗,中医心身同治组在中医治疗组的基础上给予中医情志治疗,对两组进行进行有效性和安全性对比。结果:治疗前后分析两组各量表均下降,中医心身辨治组下降幅度更大,疗效时间更长(P<0.05)。结论:心身同治绝经期情绪障碍是一种疗效稳定,依从性更高、更安全的治疗方法。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ‘psychosomatic therapy’ for perimenopausal mood disorders in women by using GREENE menopause scale, SDS scale, SAS scale, safety indexes and adverse reaction observation. Methods: Menopausal syndrome women with moderately severe mental nerve symptoms were selected as research subjects, all patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment group and TCM psychosomatic therapy group. TCM treatment group was treated with Bushen Shugan boil-free granule, while TCM psychosomatic therapy group was treated with TCM emotional therapy on the basis of Bushen Shugan boil-free granule. Efficacy and safety comparison of two groups was conducted. Results: All the scales of the two groups were decreased after treatment, and that of the TCM psychosomatic therapy group had a large decline and longer curative effect, all difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: ‘Psychosomatic therapy’ is a treatment method of stable effect, higher compliance and security.
