摘要
文章以量表评定慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)证候要素的特性为观察对象,初步认识了量表评定证候要素的基础,用量表评定证候要素,有辨识证候的客观性指标是基础、辨别证候要素的合理性指标是关键、辨定证名的科学性指标是核心,辨明证治的确证性指标是依据这样4个基本特性,并且可以简要地概括出,采用量表评定CAG证候要素核心意涵实质的4条初步结论。表明采用量表评定证候要素,能够帮助医家更加客观真实地认识病变的病因病位,合理辨别证候表现特质与规律,科学确定病机转化以及治则治法,证明量表对临床实践鉴别某些疾病证候要素的特性,有极其重要的价值和作用,应该深入地加以研究。
In this paper,the characteristics of syndrome elements of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) were evaluated by rating scale. The basis of the rating scale on syndromeelements was evaluated.The objective index of identification syndrome is the foundation, identification of the rationality of syndrome elements is the key, identification of the scientific indicators of the syndrome name is the core, and identification of the evidenceindicators of the syndrome is the pivot. Using the rating scale to assess the syndrome elements can help physicians understand the etiology, pathogenesis of the disease more objectively, identify performance characteristics and laws of the disease, determine the treatment and therapies for diseases. The rating scalehas a very important value and role in clinical practice, and should be studied in depth.
