摘要
文章基于朱丹溪原著的研读,探讨其从痰诊治结核、瘰疬、骨疽、乳痈、肠痈等后世所称中医外科疾病的学术经验与特色。朱丹溪强调指出,饮食因素与上述疾病的形成密切相关,其病机多属痰热相兼和痰瘀互结,并且总结论述了从痰治疗的学术经验。其诊治特色对中医外科疾病诊治具有启迪和借鉴意义。
This paper discussed the characteristics of concretion, cervical scrofula, necrosis, acute mastitis, intestinal abscess from the treatment of phlegm syndrome based on the experience of ZHU Dan-xi which attached tosurgery of traditional Chinese medicine. It was summarized the academic experiences that dietary factor was related to the formation of the above diseases, and phlegm syndrome in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine were mostly concurrent phlegm-heat and intermingling of phlegm and static blood. These rules and principles were enlightening and instructive to diagnosis and treatment in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.
