摘要
根据中医学有关三焦的文献,对三焦的本义、功能、形质等方面进行阐述和论证,结合现代医学的筋膜理论,认为三焦属于有形器质,即筋膜的论点;三焦作为膜性的结构,为身体内部提供了气机运动、体液代谢、营养物质循环的空间和通道。
Sanjiao is an important concept in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). This paper briefly introduces the concept, functions and structure of sanjiao. Combining the sanjiao and fascia theory, the author points out that sanjiao may be an real organ, which is fascia. Therefore, sanjiao is probably a kind of membrane structure organ, which provides the space and channel for the material metabolism of the body.
