摘要
牛蒡为临床常用中药,具有疏散风热、宣肺祛痰、利咽透疹、解毒消肿之功。其根、叶、花、果实兼有药用价值。近年来,国内外不断有对牛蒡作用研究的新成果出现,发现其对糖尿病、高脂血症、高血压病等及其并发症具有良好的治疗作用,尤其是在抗肿瘤作用方面的研究成果引起医学界的广泛关注,而且有关这些药理作用的临床研究也已开展并取得较大进展。文章针对牛蒡新的作用研究进展进行归纳分析。
Arctium lappa L. was a valuable plant in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), with its root, leaf, flower and fruit used as medicine. Traditionally, it was used for dispelling wind and heat, ventilating lung qi for dissipating phlegm, relieving throat disorder and promoting eruption, removing toxicity for detumescence. In recent studies, it was found that Arctium lappa L. played an important role in therapeutic actions of diabetes, hyperlipemia, hypertension and their complications, especially in resisting tumors. These achievements had attracted the extensive attention across the medical field. Moreover, some great progress had been made in the clinical study of these pharmacological research. An induction analysis was performed for pharmacological action and clinical studies about Arctium lappa L.
