摘要
强直性脊柱炎是一种病因不明的具有致畸性的慢性疑难杂症,目前尚无根治方法。文章通过归纳整理并深入研究叶新苗教授中医微创治疗强直性脊柱炎理论和临床经验,发现叶教授以补肾填精、活血祛风除湿的中药酒剂,配合局部微创针刀技术疏通粘连、缓解拘挛疼痛的方法,治疗强直性脊柱炎屡获奇效。叶新苗教授中医微创治疗强直性脊柱炎的理论在临床上具有指导意义,中药治其内之本,针刀缓其外之急,内外通达,疗效可靠,值得推广和借鉴。
Ankylosing spondylitis is one of those chronic difficult and complicated diseases with teratogenic damage, unknown etiology and no radical cure method currently. This article collated basic theory and clinical experience in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with TCM minimally invasive by professor YE, and had an intensive study on the precious experience in treating ankylosing spondylitis by the method of using the Chinese medicated wine to nourish kidney essence, promote blood circulation, dispel wind and eliminate dampness, cooperating with the part minimally invasive acupotomy to ease muscle adhesion and reduce pain, which had made remarkable curative effect on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Professor YE's theory of treating ankylosing spondylitis with TCM minimally invasive is of great guiding significance in clinical practice. As formula cure the cause of disease and acupotomy release pain, the body gets a thorough treatment. The combined therapy has been proved to be feasible, which is worthy of promotion.
