摘要
朱丹溪是金元四大家中滋阴派的代表人物,倡"阳有余而阴不足论",立滋阴降火大法,但其应用附子、乌头等温热药也别具特色,如附子汤治疗真寒假热证,附子末敷涌泉引火归元,附子灸温阳解毒散结,与半夏、瓜蒌等配伍相反相激治疗中风等,进一步丰富了附子的临床应用。
ZHU Dan-xi was the representative figure of the nourishing yin school of four famous doctors in Jin and Yuan Dynasty.He advocated the theory of 'yang is excess,and yin is deficiency',and established the method of nourishing yin and descending fire.But his application of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.and other hot drugs are unique,such as Fuzi Decoction in treatment of syndrome of true cold disease with false heat manifestation,Fuzi Powder compressed on Yongquan(KI1) to conduct fire back to its origin,Fuzi moxibustion to warming yang and remove toxicity for resolving hard mass,and concerted application with Banxia and Gualou to inspire each other because of the mismatch to treat stroke,which further enrich the clinical application of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata.
