摘要
为解决原有流送成形工艺存在的纤维分散性差,浆流脉冲大,浆料浓度波动大,自动化控制程度低等问题,保证纸机车速190 m·min^(?1)稳定运行,试验研究了智能型网前成形工艺,分析了车速与上网浆量关系以及智能型网前成形系统对片基、产品绝干定量波动的影响,结果显示:上网浆量随纸机车速增加而增加,车速较高时,需提高上网浆量以保证产品定量的均一稳定。智能型网前成形系统使用后再造烟叶纵向绝干定量波动性比使用前小,再造烟叶纵向绝干定量更稳定。因此,智能型网前成形系统实现了在线调控和稳定片基纵横向定量,提高了产品质量和生产效率。
In order to solve the problems such as poor fiber dispersion, intense pulse of stock flow, big fluctuation of pulp consistence, and low automation existing in original flow forming process, and guaranteed for highly and stably speed of paper machine operating in 190 m·min-1. This article studied on the intelligent head forming process. The relationship between speed and weight of pulp onto wire, and effect of intelligent head forming system on the fluctuation of bone-dry basis weight of product were studied. The experimental results showed that the weight of pulp onto wire increased with increasing paper machine speed, in a higher speed, it needs more weigh of pulp onto wire to ensure the uniformity and stability of the product. After using this system, the reconstituted tobacco's vertical bone-dry basis weight is less volatile and more stable. Therefore, in a high operating speed, this intelligent head forming system can realize online control and keep the MD/CD of basis weight stable, improve product quality and production efficiency.
