摘要
对比不同试样数造纸法再造烟叶定量的测定结果,以求探索出一种适合造纸法再造烟叶定量测定的试验方法.设置"5片、10片、20片"3个处理方法,测定了不同试样数的定量,对比测定值的RSD,并对RSD进行方差分析及多重比较,结果表明:10片处理和20片处理优于5片处理,试验数据更稳定,平行性更好;10片处理和20片处理间无显著性差异,故采用10片处理测定造纸法再造烟叶的定量指标.该研究为造纸法再造烟叶定量测定提供了一种可靠方法.
In order to explore a test method of grammage for paper-process reconstituted tobacco, different deter- mination conditions are contrasted. Different paper-process reconstituted tobacco samples are divided into 3 de- termination treatments ( namely 5 - piece, 10 - piece, and 20 - piece). The results are as follows : the stability and parallelism of determination results of "10 - piece treatment" and "20 - piece treatment" are better than "5 -piece treatment" on the results of RSD analysis, variance analysis and multiple comparisons; "10 -piece treatment" is confirmed to determinate grammage index of RT. This study provides a reliable method for determi- nation of grammage of paper -process reconstituted tobacco.
