摘要
英国是世界上最早建立教育督导制度的国家之一,中英的教育督导制度存在着多方面的异同。从督学的权威性、督导的实质、督导机构体系的设置、督导制度的法制化进程以及督导人员的选拔聘用等方面来进行比较研究,有利于借鉴他国先进经验,在取其精华去其糟粕的基础上结合我国国情建立有自己特色的督导制度,从而更好地为教育服务。
Britain is one of the earliest countries who established the national educational supervision system, supervision system of education has the similarities and differences between China and the United Kingdom, The comparative study has be done from the authorityofthesuperintendent, the essence ofsupervision, setting of system of supervision institution, legal process of supervision system and selectionand employment of supervision personnel and other aspects, it is propitious to draw lessons from advanced experience of other countries, and base on taking the essence and discarding the dross, it can better serve our education with the combination of China＇s conditions to establish supervision system with Chinese characteristics.
