摘要
教学督导制度是高校办学质量内部监控的重要手段,但该制度在执行过程中存在着诸如督导队伍专业素养不高、评价方法重形式而不重内涵、督导与任课教师关系僵化,以及交互渠道不畅通等问题,这些问题严重影响了督导工作的成效,甚至起到了反向的效果。为了解决这些问题,一系列针对性的督导工作改进建议被提出,以期能为提高本科教学质量发挥作用。
The teaching supervision system is an important means of monitoring the quality of running a university internally.However,in the implementation process of the system,there are problems such as the lack of professional supervisor team,the evaluation method focusing on form rather than substance,the rigid relationship between supervisors and teachers,and the lack of interactive channels.These problems have seriously affected the effectiveness of the supervision,and even played a reverse effect.In order to solve these problems,a series of targeted supervision improvement suggestions are put forward to help to improve the teaching quality in universities.
