血清唾液酸和超敏C反应蛋白水平对高血压前期的评估价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析血清唾液酸(SA)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平对高血压前期的评估价值。方法选择2012年7—8月在新疆医科大学第二附属医院体检中心进行健康体检者184例,根据受试者血压测量结果分成正常血压组(收缩压〈120 mm Hg和舒张压〈80 mm Hg)52例、高血压前期组(收缩压为120-139 mm Hg和/或舒张压为80-89 mm Hg)64例和高血压组(收缩压≥140 mm Hg和/或舒张压≥90 mm Hg)68例。比较3组受试者临床资料,包括性别、年龄、体质指数(BMI)、血压、空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂指标及血清SA、hs-CRP水平,并采用多元线性回归模型分析收缩压和舒张压与影响因素的相关性。结果 3组受试者性别、年龄、血清三酰甘油(TG)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);高血压组和高血压前期组受试者BMI大于正常血压组,舒张压、收缩压及血清SA、hs-CRP水平高于正常组,血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于正常血压组(P〈0.05);高血压组受试者BMI大于高血压前期组,舒张压、收缩压及血清SA、hs-CRP水平高于高血压前期组,血清HDL-C水平低于高血压前期组,FBG及血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平高于正常血压组(P〈0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,BMI、FBG及血清SA、hs-CRP水平与收缩压和舒张压有线性回归关系,且血清SA和hs-CRP水平对收缩压和舒张压的影响最大(P〈0.05)。结论血清SA、hs-CRP水平对收缩压和舒张压的影响最大,可作为预测和评估高血压前期的指标。 Objective To analyze the assessment value of serum levels of sialic acid( SA) and high- sensitivity C-reactive protein( hs-CRP) on pre- hypertension. Methods From July to August in 2012,a total of 184 people admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University for physical examination were selected,and they were divided into A group( SBP 120 mm Hg and SDP 80 mm Hg,n = 52),B group( SBP 120- 139 mm Hg and / or SDP 80- 89 mm Hg,n =64) and C group( SBP ≥ 140 mm Hg and / or SDP ≥ 90 mm Hg, n = 68) according to blood pressure. Clinical data was compared among the three groups,including gender,age,BMI,blood pressure,FBG,blood liquids index,serum levels of SA and hs-CRP; multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the correlations of SBP, SDP with influencing factors.Results No statistically significant differences of gender,age or serum TG level was found among the three groups( P〈0. 05);BMI of B group,of C group was statistically significantly lager than that of A group,respectively,SBP,SDP,serum levels of SA and hs-CRP of B group,of C group were statistically significantly higher than those of A group,while serum HDL-C level of B group,of C group was statistically significantly lower than that of A group,respectively( P〈0. 05); BMI of C group was statistically significantly larger than that of B group,SBP,SDP,serum levels of SA and hs-CRP of C group were statistically significantly higher than those of B group,serum HDL-C level of C group was statistically significantly lower than that of B group,FBG,serum levels of TC and LDL-C of C group were statistically significantly higher than those of A group( P〈0. 05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that,BMI,FBG,serum levels of SA and hs-CRP had linear regression relationship with SBP,SDP, respectively( P〈0. 05), the regression equation was mostly affect by serum levels of SA and hs-CRP.Conclusion Serum levels of SA and hs-CRP mainly affect SBP and SDP, can be used to predict and evaluate
