摘要
长三角各地区在高层次人才引进政策方面存在产业人才结构不合理、政策同构化现象明显、市场配置对人才的作用不明显等问题,可从加强市场配置,调整政策结构,加强政府监管等方面进一步完善人才引进政策。
There are such problems existing in high-level talents recruitment policies in Yangtze River Deltaregion as unreasonable industry talent structure, similarities in policies of different cities,less influences ofmarket allocation on talent recruitment. To strengthen the role of market allocation, to adjust policy structureand to enhance government supervision are all effective measures proposed to improve the high-level talentsrecruitment policies.
