摘要
利用碳纳米纤维(CNF)与普通聚合物复合制备高性能化、功能化高分子复合材料在工业界和学术界引起广泛兴趣,然而关于利用CNF和通用高分子材料制备导电高分子材料依然面临一系列问题,主要包括:CNF表面修饰、CNF在基体材料分散控制、CNF逾渗值过高、表面修饰和分散程度的关系等。现研究热点放在研究功能化CNF的分散形态以及结构、形态与导电性能之间的关系,建立相关的导电物理模型,探讨相关导电机理。
To prepare high-performance and functional polymer composites with common polymer andcarbon nanofibers (CNFs) has aroused widespread interest in industry and academia. However, thepreparation of conductive polymer materials from CNFs and general polymer is still facing a series of problems,mainly including: CNFs surface modification, CNFs in decentralized control, excessively high CNFspercolation value, relationship between surface modification and dispersion degree, and so on. The paperfocused on the research of the dispersion morphology and structure of functional CNFs and the relationshipbetween the morphology and the conductivity. And the physical model was built, and the relevant conductivemechanism was discussed.
