摘要
近年来,有关导电塑料的研究受到了普遍的重视,研制和发展高效、低成本、易加工的新型导电塑料已成为电子领域的重要科研方向。本文介绍了电子行业用导电塑料的组成,讨论了导电塑料的导电机理、影响导电的因素,综述了该材料在电子领域的应用及研究进展,并提出了未来发展的方向。
In recent years, electrically conductive plastics have attracted a great deal of scientific interests. The study and manufacture of high efficient, low cost, easy machining conductive plastics have been an important research direction in the fields of electronic applications. In this paper, the constitution of conductive plastics was introduced. The conductive mechanism and the factors affected on the conductive property were discussed. The applications of conductive plastics in fields of electronic applications and the advances in conductive plastics were reviewed.
