摘要
用自制的氟硅丙烯酸酯共聚乳液对亚麻织物进行整理,研究了焙烘温度、焙烘时间对织物性能的影响,并对整理后的亚麻织物进行了衰减全反射红外光谱测试、光电子能谱分析、扫描电镜分析、水接触角测量。结果表明,焙烘温度为160℃、时间为3 min时,氟硅丙烯酸酯共聚乳液整理亚麻织物的效果最佳,整理后的织物表面光滑平整,较纯丙烯酸酯乳液整理的亚麻织物有更好的疏水性。
The flax fabrics were finished using self-made fluorosilicone acrylate copolymer emulsion. The effects of curing temperature and time on fabrics properties were researched. The finished flax fabrics were tested by ATR-FTIR, XPS, SEM, and water contact angle respectively. The results showed that the optimum effect of flax fabrics finished with fluorosilicone acrylate copolymer emulsion was obtained at 160 ℃ for 3 min. The surface of finished fabrics was smooth and flat. Furthermore, the fabrics possessed better hydrophobicity than that treated with pure acrylate emulsion.
