摘要
文中探讨选用与有机硅相溶性好,对手感影响不大,对织物抗起毛起球性能有提升的弹性剂JM-1104,用于改善阳离子涤纶弹力轻磨毛汗布的抗起毛起球性能和手感。结果表明:弹性剂JM-1104 30 g/L、有机硅柔软剂S603 15 g/L,工作液pH值控制在4~5,定形温度160℃,定形时间60 s时,不仅可以改善手感,而且能够做到抗起毛球达到3~4级,同时该产品对织物的强力和色光影响不大。
In order to improve the anti-pilling performance and handle of cationic polyester elastic light-abrasive jersey,the elastic agent JM-1104,which has good compatibility with organosilicon,little influence on the handle and can improve the anti-pilling performance of the fabric,has been screened out.The results show that JM-1104:30 g/L,S603:15 g/L,pH=4~5,setting temperature at 160 ℃ and setting time of 60 s can not only improve hand,but also achieve anti-pilling of 3〜4 grades,meanwhile,the product ha little influence on the strength and shade of the fabric.
