摘要
从理论上分析了旋分加工技术的特点,根据生产实际,利用三维设计软件进行旋分机床虚拟样机的简化设计,调用Pro/E提供的类函数动态链接模型库,对模型进行实时的修整。同时通过Toolkit调用Mathcad的类函数进行计算,并将计算结果实时返回调用模块,从而实现了旋分加工过程仿真。根据实验结果设计、制造出旋分加工机床,并进行实际加工操作,通过验证,旋分加工机床加工操作稳定、高效,能达到较高的加工精度。
