摘要
通过对两种聚丙烯纤维、钢纤维、不同聚合物掺量的快硬混凝土进行性能分析,在常规水泥混凝土强度检测的基础上,对聚合物水泥混凝土的抗开裂性能进行实验研究,提出了聚合物快硬水泥混凝土提高抗开裂性能的最佳方案。另外分析聚合物快硬水泥混凝土抗开裂性能的影响因素,结果表明:随聚合物掺入量增大快硬混凝土的抗开裂性能先增大后降低,适当增加不同纤维掺量可以增大聚合物水泥混凝土抗开裂性能,聚丙烯纤维与钢纤维复合掺入可以避免聚合物水泥混凝土的开裂。
On the basis of strength test of conventional concrete,the paper researched the influence of two different kinds of polypropylene fiber,steel fiber and polymer dosage on the crack resistnce of polymer cement concrete,put forward the best sulotion to improve the crack resistance of polymer rapid hardening cement concrete and analyzed other affecting factors which can effect the crack resistance of polymer rapid hardening cement concrete.the results showed that with the increase of polymer dosage,the crack resistance of polymer rapid hardening concrete first increased and then decreased,appropriate increased different fiber content can increase crack resistance of polymer cement concrete,the cracking of polymer cement concrete can be avoided by compound mixing polypropylene fiber and steel fiber.
