摘要
由于入炉原燃料品质劣化,对新钢1 050 m^3高炉采取了调整风口尺寸、维持合理操作炉型、精细化管理原燃料及优化高炉操作参数等措施,取得了炉况稳定顺行、燃料比显著降低的效果。
With the original fuel quality degradation of 1050 m3 blast furnace, the measures like adjusting the tuyere size, maintaining reasonable furnace profile, raw material fine management, and optimizing blast furnace operation parameters are carried out to achieve the effect of the BF condition stable operation and fuel ratio decreasing in Xinyu Steel.
