摘要
对宁钢1号高炉操作的改进及效果进行了总结。结合1号高炉设计炉型变化的特点,通过采取抓好原燃料的差异化管理、稳定上部煤气流的合理分布、优化下部送风制度、做好炉温的精细化趋势管理、强化炉前出铁作业,以及加强设备的检查和维护等措施,逐步解决了1号高炉压差高、热负荷时有大幅波动等影响炉况长周期稳定顺行的问题,操作炉型趋于稳定,取得了长时间高效低耗的生产业绩。2020年10月利用系数达到2.747t/(m^(3)·d),2021年7月燃料比降低至498kg/t。
The operation improvement practices and result of Ningbo Steel No.1 BF are summarized.In view of the features of the furnace profile changed in the design,the operation improvement practices are carried out,which include enhancing dif-ferentiated management of raw materials and fuel,stabilizing the appropriate gas distribution at the furnace upper part,opti-mizing the blasting system,implementing delicacy management of the furnace temperature development trend,and strengthe-ning cast-house operation,the equipment inspection and maintenance.As a result,the problems which affect the long-term stable and smooth running of the furnace are solved gradually,such as high pressure difference and great fluctuations in heat load,and the operation of the furnace operating profile comes to be stable.The furnace achieves efficiency and low-con-sumption production for a long time.The productivity reaches 2.747t/(m^(3)·d)in October 2020,and the fuel rate falls to 498kg/t in July 2021.
