摘要
有翅蚜对于蚜虫扩散为害具有重要作用,通过研究不同浓度农药及空间大小对桃蚜翅型分化的影响,结果表明:78.5 cm^3空间条件下,0.0001 mg/kg、0.001 mg/kg吡蚜酮能显著抑制无翅桃蚜向有翅桃蚜的转化。随吡蚜酮浓度上升,无翅桃蚜向有翅桃蚜转化率上升;同一空间条件下,百菌清处理对蚜虫翅型转化率无显著影响。吡蚜酮处理后,78.5 cm^3与164.9 cm^3空间大小对桃蚜翅型转化之间不存在显著差异;百菌清处理后,78.5 cm^3空间条件下,无翅蚜转化为有翅蚜的比率显著高于164.9 cm^3空间条件。
It was very important for the diffusion to the winged aphids. The influences of the pesticides and space for Myzus persicae on the wing dimorphism were studied. The results showed that the rate of the wing dimor- phism of the aphids was inhibited significantly by the 0. 0001 mg/kg and 0. 001 mg/kg pymetrozine in the 78.5 cm3 space. The rate of the wing dimorphism of aphids was increased with the increasing of the concentration of pymetrozine. And under the condition of the same space,there was no significant difference after the treatment of ehlorothalonil;There was no significant difference between the space and the wing dimorphism after the treat- ment of pymetrozine, but the rate of the wingless aphids to the winged aphids trained in the 78.5 cm3 space was higher significantly than in the 164.9 cm3 space after the treatment of chlorothalonil.
