摘要
随着网络带宽资源的极大丰富,IPTV业务面临的挑战也空前巨大,保证视频质量有助于其增强竞争力。MOS_V指标是一种主客观结合的IPTV视频质量评价指标,本文对其进行研究,提出了一种基于PCR_AC、PCR_OJ、MDI、MR几个客观参数的MOS_V决策树模型,通过该模型可以得知哪些参数对视频质量影响较大,并且可以较为准确地预测观众的主观评分。
With the great wealth of network bandwidth resources, IPTV is facing unprecedented huge challenge, ensuring video quality helps to improve its competitiveness. MOS_V is a combination of subjective and objective video quality evaluation index. This paper studied on it and gave a decision tree model, which based on objective parameters like PCR AC, PCR OJ, MDI and MR, the model can tell us which parameter effects the video's quality bigger, and can accurately pre -measuring subjective scores by the audience.
