摘要
针对芦岭煤矿高瓦斯极松软强突出煤层中穿层钻孔施工存在问题,研究了穿层钻孔防喷孔工艺,通过采取"预抽卸压掩护,递进顺次施工"的工序,使用防喷孔装置、配套防喷抽采系统,采取孔内下筛管措施,有效地降低了喷孔强度、降低了喷孔超限发生的概率,杜绝了滞后喷孔现象和喷孔伤人事故的发生,并提高了穿层钻孔抽采效果。
Borehole blowout happens frequently as cross-measure borehole construction in coal and gas outburst coal seams in the Luling mine. Borehole blowout technology was studied. The construction of cross-measure boreholes obey the process of pre-drainage for relief and shield, drilling in progression and sequence. Blowout control equipment, sieve tube and mating drainage systems are combined organically. As a result, the strength of borehole blowout was reduced, the probability of gas overrunning as blowout was decreased, the hysteretic blowout and blowout-related accidents were completely eradicated, and imoroved the methane drainage effects finally_
