摘要
为提高石门揭煤和煤巷快速掘进速度,基于高压水射流破煤原理,研究了水力冲孔卸压增透的防突机理,通过理论分析、实验室研发及工业试验相结合的方法,阐述了水力冲孔的工艺流程及主要设备研发情况,并结合淮南矿区的实际条件,确定了水力冲孔的最佳破煤水压为煤的普氏系数的12-20倍。研究结果表明,在强突出煤层实施水力冲孔技术措施后,煤的弹性潜能得到释放,瓦斯压力梯度降低,有效消除了激发突出的应力,煤层的透气性增强,石门揭煤速度提高4倍,对比不同的防突措施,水力冲孔后煤巷掘进速度提高为原来的3—5倍,是中高压注水的3-3倍、是排放钻孔的2倍。
In order to improve the speed of the cross-cut seam opening and the gateway rapid driving, based on the coal cutting principle of high pressure water jet, the outburst prevention mechanism of the pressure released and permeability improved with the hydraulic flushing borehole was researched. With the theoretieal analysis, the lab research and development as well as the industrial trial combined method, the paper stated the technique procedure of the hydraulic flushing borehole and the research and development of the main equipment. In combination with the actual conditions of Huainan Mining Area, the optimized hydraulic coal cutting pressure of the hydraulic flushing borehole was determined 12 -20 times as high as the Protodyakonov coefficient. The research results showed that after the hy- draulic flushing borehole technical measures applied to the high outburst seam, the potential elasticity of coal was released, the gas pressure gradient was reduced, the stress to excite the outburst could be effectively eliminated, the permeability of the seam was improved and the speed of the cross-cut seam opening was increased by 4 times. In comparison with the different outburst prevention and eontrol measures, the gateway driving speed with the hydraulic flushing boreholes was increased to 3 - 5 times faster than former driving speed, it was 3.3 times higher than the medium high pressure water injection and 2 times higher than the gas drainage boreholes.
